5. Sam Dust - Late of the Pier
This off kilter pop band found their swing in 2005. Under the leadership of frontman Sam Dust they have been tearing up a 'youthquake' across the UK, appearing at adult and teen venues to rave reviews and starring at the first Underage Festival in 2007.
Bringing back the synthetic vibes of artists including Gary Numan, Dust's Castle Donnington born and bred four piece have been described by NME as: "Britains most exciting new band". Dust has also been causing waves with his side project La Priest.
