About Us

Supanet is one of the United Kingdom’s longest-running internet portals, proudly serving millions of users since 1999. Operated by Supatel Limited, we provide broadband, email, web hosting, and digital content services to customers across the UK.

Our Story

Founded at the dawn of the consumer internet era, Supanet launched in 1999 as a free internet service provider - one of the first in the country to offer no-subscription dial-up access. At a time when getting online was expensive and complicated, we believed the internet should be accessible to everyone.

Over the following decades we evolved alongside the technology, transitioning from dial-up to broadband, expanding into web hosting, email services, and curated digital content. Through every shift in the digital landscape, our commitment has remained the same: making the internet simple, reliable, and accessible for ordinary people.
