The pint-sized drummer from the Glaswegian rockers may sit in the shadows behind a drum kit, but she has been noticed by NME.

The band whose self-titled album went to No 2 in the UK charts won the prestigious Philip Hall Radar Award at the NME Awards 2008. Their catchy rockability is just as addictive as their likeability, with sounds that are reminiscent of The Jesus and Mary Chain. The Guardian have called Glasvegas "the sound of young Scotland today".
