Used in research to battle: Brain cancer

The yellow Israeli scorpion's venom could be used to combat a form of brain cancer previously deemed incurable.

American scientists made an artificial version of the stinger which was then blasted with radiation. It attaches itself to cancerous cells, releasing the radiation which then goes on to kill the affected tissue.
