Many people believe that a healthy lifestyle, which includes radical exercise plans, is enough to keep the body in shape.
A good amount of exercise alongside a healthy and nutritious diet is all that is needed as the two will work alongside each other.
High-intensity exercise regimes can cause health problems for people who are not use to the extreme amount of exercise or are overweight and so 30 minutes of light exercise per day will compliment the diet just right.
