Decreasing your calorie intake isn't healthy or a good way to lose weight
When dieting, many people decide to cut down on their calorie intake. Some people cut their calorie intake by up to as much as 1000 calories a day.
But once again this method results in lethargy and nutritional deficiencies and will leave your body craving the nutrients, such as fat, that it needs to survive so bingeing will more than likely occur at some point not long after the diet starts.
