While in 2007 terrorism occupied the No 5 slot, the following year saw a much more financial cause for alarm as families and businesses spiral into uncontrollable debt coupled with little help from faltering banks.
Philip Hodson from the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy urged us to understand that, "the physical side of worry triggers a range of other symptoms from tics and indigestion and from obsessions to insomnia."
