This once pristine Scottish wilderness is being compromised by the demands of an ambitious tourist industry.

The recent construction of a visitor centre and funicular railway - which brings a steady stream of tourists to Cairn Gorm - means that the view from Scotland's sixth highest summit now includes a mountain of rubble, dirt roads and industrial debris.
