An online poll of 3,000 people by Grabitnow.com has revealed the flavours of the month that we'd rather forget. In at No 10 are services like Facebook that claim they're connecting people but it ironically that couldn't be further from the truth.

Instead the only contact you have with your friends is by Superpoking them or inviting them to countless groups and events that are only a small step up from spam. Whatever happened to the good old days of phoning someone up and arranging to meet in a real location?
