Fitness tips: Taking part in tasks is the key on this reality show, dressing up in comedy costumes, or being forced to endure time consuming tasks - like standing on one leg for twenty minutes - is great for your posture. But be warned of getting lazy on this show.
Typical meal: Big Brother has said that the most requested foods are pizza, custard creams and frozen veg. None of which are particularly healthy - buying fresh veg and making a soup will go a long way at little cost so the housemates have no excuse!
