Trying to answer that age old question of what gives a male turkey his jollies, the Pennsylvania State University examined the responses of the bird when presented with a cardboard cut out of a female turkey.

The turkeys were more attracted to just the fake head without a body than to the headless version. The scientists deduced that it's the head that turkeys like the most because it's what can be seen when straddling her!
