Worst for voter apathy
In 2005 four Western European nations held general elections and Brits got involved the least.Only 61 per cent voted in the general election that returned Tony Blair to Downing Street for a third term.
In Denmark a massive 85 per cent voted, in Norway 77 per cent turned out to the polls and in Portugal 65 per cent made their vote count.
