White bread vs. brown bread
White bread is always deemed to be unhealth, but now reports are suggesting that brown bread isn't all that good either.
Like white bread, brown has a high glycaemic index, meaning that it can cause surges in blood pressure and the fat-storage hormone, insulin.
The carbohydrate found in brown bread is more rapidly digested that protein or fat, meaning that your appetite is not satisfied and you may find yourself more prone to over-eating.
