Why 'healthy' foods could be bad for us
Whole vs. semi-skimmed
Many people avoid whole milk because of its fat content. However, whole milk usually has a fat content of 3.7 per cent per 100ml - and we deem anything over 20 per cent as high fat.
Skimmed and semi-skimmed milk is also less nutritious than whole milk, with the cream in whole milk containing vitamins A, D, E and K, strengthening bones and helping your immune system.
