The real-time action drama depicts 24 hours in the life of special agent Jack Bauer, who works for the Los Angeles Counter Terrorist Unit. Now awaiting its eighth series, the hard-hitting show has viewers gripped to its unpredictable storylines.

The feature film is currently documented on IMBD as in production. In 2007 between season six and seven, writer Jon Cassar revealed plans for a film saying: "I think the idea is to do an hour of it that sets it up where you can go around the world and set up a story in normal film time, and probably the last hour will be in real time something like that." This will be worth the wait.
