The most absurd parking tickets
An ice cold reception
Krister Nylander was shocked when he received a parking ticket through the mail. The fine was for illegally parking his 20-ton snowmobile on a Warkwick street.

Given that Nylander's vehicle had never left his native Sweden rather shocking. What's more Nylander himself had not visited England since he was 16, prior to receiving his driving licence.
