When David Holmes felt pains in his chest he immediately thought the worse and headed to the hospital.

Upon arrival he parked up his car on the street and was rushed into care by a kindly nurse who even returned to Holmes' vehicle and placed a note in the window, explaining the situation. But the parking attendant held no sympathy and ticketed regardless.
