It may not have helped anybody remember the alphabet, but few will forget legendary comedian Richard Pryor’s stint at reciting his A-Zs on the show. The alarming thing is that little of Pryor’s increasingly erratic connections make any sense whatsoever, for example: “cos V was W!”
