Pumpkins have always been the weapon of choice for those who grow huge vegetables for competition, especially when Halloween comes around.

The Chinese may not have cracked the record but on average they've been boasting 15-stone pumpkins. China says that its fruit and veg have already been sold to Japan, Thailand and Singapore.
