Corrie babe Vicky Binns is another soapstar turned fitness fanatic who bought out a DVD called 'Dance It Off'. Now a mere shadow of her former self the actress praises her workout regime.

She said: "I was overweight and depressed and I decided to do the video and in four months it completely changed my life. The important thing is rather than hating the way you look, change it into something positive and do something about it. I feel more confident and it makes me want to keep it up."
