1. Manchester Victoria
Customer satisfaction: 32%
Problems: The ageing Victorian building was voted the worst of the worst in the report and received the lowest customer satisfaction rating. It is a far cry from the nearby modernised Manchester Piccadilly station.
A dilapidated roof, meaning it literally snows inside the building during the winter months, poor ventilation, and a general lack of facilities mean this station requires a major refurbishment and upgrade throughout. Manchester Victoria was one of seven stations in the north west of England identified as a priority.
