Drink more water
Sales of anti-ageing products have risen by 500% as men and women continue their quest for younger looking skin, according to a report by the chemist Boots. But it's not just anti ageing creams that can help turn back the clock.
You need to hydrate your skin from within - skin cells need water just like every part of your body including your brain.
Without sufficient water your skin will dehydrate and essential anti-ageing nutrients cannot be delivered to your system. You should aim to drink around two litres every day.
