Dancing by John Travolta and Olivia Newton John, backed by a rollickingly fun soundtrack with tunes like ‘Grease (Is The Word)’, ‘Summer Nights’ and ‘You’re The One That I Want’, helped to make this musical a classic.

Travolta had previously established his unparalleled song and dance abilities in ‘Saturday Night FeverÂ’ the year before, so much so that the disco influence spilled over into ‘GreaseÂ’ despite the film being set in the 1950s.
