The other jobs of world famous celebrities
Peter Green
Known as: A rock and blues guitarist
Then: A gravedigger (among many other things)
Peter Green, founder of Fleetwood Mac and writer of such guitar rock classics as 'Black Magic Woman' and 'Albatross', suffered a severe mental breakdown in the 1970s, shying away from the limelight and hanging up his guitar in favour of a shovel.
Green reportedly became a gravedigger during his collection of odd jobs, which also included becoming a hospital orderly. Around the closest that he came to regaining his international music fame at that point was the odd pub gig. While little is known about this point in his life, it has been confirmed that Green was treated for schizophrenia with electro-shock therapy.
