Bizarre reality TV show The Simple Life could soon be ditched after reports that its two main stars have fallen out.

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton and Lionel Richie's daughter Nicole have reportedly had a bust-up, leaving Paris all alone on the farm.

The unscripted show chronicled loaded socialites Paris and Nicole as they left their lavish life in Los Angeles to move in with a farm family in the sticks.

But it seems that Nicole is no longer welcome and Fox TV are looking for an equally pampered princess to star alongside Paris.

According to the New York Post, the heiress, who recently launched her own line of designer dog jewellery, could be joined by actress twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

Meanwhile, Nicole is considering a new show similar to Jessica Simpson's Newleyweds, where the cameras could follow the planning of her upcoming wedding to DJ AM (or Adam Goldstein as his mum knows him).
