The complicated love life of serial teenage single mum Sarah-Louise Platt is set to get worse when she beds her second baby's uncle next week.

In what was voted the year's best soap storyline a heavily pregnant Sarah and Todd Grimshaw broke off their engagement after he fell for gay nurse Karl Foster.

But Todd still cares for his baby's mum and asks his brother Jason to look out for her when Sarah's best mate Candice Stowe has her 18th birthday party.

As spirits rise at Candice's do, Sarah ends up snogging her former fiance's brother and best mate's ex - Jason.

The next morning Todd discovers them in bed together. Understandably he reacts rather badly throwing the mother of his child out on the street. Todd and Jason's mother Eileen tries to break up an ensuing fight between the brothers - but fails.

Todd decides that he has had enough and, leaving his mother distraught, walks out of Weatherfield.

Viewers will get to see the scenes play out, and learn Todd's fate, when they are aired on ITV1 from Monday next week.
