Gabriel Aubry obtained restraining order against Halle Berry's fiancee after Thanksgiving brawl

Following a violent Thanksgiving brawl at Halle Berry’s Hollywood home which left her ex, Gabriel Aubry, badly beaten, Aubry obtained restraining order against Berry’s fiancée and French actor, Olivier Martinez.

Although both men were hospitalized, several photos posted online suggest that Aubry was the underdog. Following the vicious brawl, an emergency restraining order against Martinez was reportedly obtained.

In Aubry’s declaration, reported by TMZ.com, he alleges that Martinez threatened him on the eve of Thanksgiving at his daughter’s school play. He said that Martinez whispered to his ears and said: “I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now.

“You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us.”

Allegedly Aubry added that Martinez threatened to kill him if he doesn’t agree to Berry’s request to move to Paris with their daughter. Photos of his brutal injuries were attached in his declaration.

According to reports Aubry may have started the fight on Thanksgiving. The Canadian model was arrested on suspicion of battery.
