Grant and Johnny's fight to the death

'EastEnders' hardman Grant Mitchell is set for an explosive showdown with Johnny Allen on his return to Walford - which will leave one of them dead.
The tough guy, played by Ross Kemp, returns to Albert Square early next year after receiving a call from brother Phil, played by Steve McFadden, asking for his help in his feud with Johnny.
In recent weeks, viewers have seen Phil plotting against the feared gangster, portrayed by Billy Murray, including paying Juley Smith to bed Johnny's teenage daughter Ruby.
However, Phil's malicious plans are uncovered in the New Year and the panicked hardman contacts brother Grant, who is living in Brazil, to ask for help in his war with Johnny.
Sparks soon begin to fly between the pair in the explosive storyline - but only one will escape with his life at the end of the feud.
A show insider told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "It will be the most bruising confrontation in Walford history. It's odds-on that one man will die. "The scripts are in the early stages but Grant will be more hero than villain."
