Most people hate the thought of turning grey, but surprisingly more people start to notice that their hair changes colour in their 30s or even in their 20s. This could be an indicator that you lack the vitamin B12, which can also cause tiredness and weight loss.
Treatment for this can be vitamin B12 injections, but you should first get diagnosed from your GP. Eating meat, fish, eggs and milk can also help.
