Vitamin D-rich foods
This vital vitamin has been shown to halt cell division and growth, offering protection against the cell changes that lead to cancer.
Have a glass a skimmed milk everyday and eat an egg several times a week. Low fat cottage cheese, yoghurt and oily fish are also great sources, as is sunlight on your skin so be sure to have at least 15 minutes outside daily.
