Friday - Breakfast and lunch
Start the day with style with an English breakfast. The key is not to make it a FULL English! Have 1 grilled low fat sausage, 1 grilled rasher of lean bacon, 1 poached egg, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms, a few tablespoons of beans. And some wholegrain toast for dessert. It is the most important meal of the day after all.
If that doesn't fill you up you get to have a 10cm granary bagette with a monster matchbox-size piece of brie, some grapes and salad!
