Leslie Ferdinand MBE is best known for his time at Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle and QPR where his power up front made him an easy fit into any of these squads. Les developed a good reputation for himself in the air too netting many a goal and England cap.

While Les is now retired – though he often heads onto a pitch in aid of charity – his legacy lives on in the form of his cousins Rio and Anton Ferdinand and his son Aaron who currently plays for Harrow Borough.
