The greatest licks: Classic rock stamps close up
Pink Floyd – ‘The Division Bell’ (1994)
While certainly not their best, Pink FloydÂ’s final studio album featured another high point in a long line of brilliant cover designs from frequent collaborator Storm Thorgerson. The gigantic metal heads were drawn by Keith Breedon, sculpted by John Robertson and stood over nine-feet tall once completed. Positioned in a field in Cambridgeshire, they were photographed over a two week period.
Classic licks: ‘Take It Back’, ‘Keep Talking’, ‘High Hopes’
