I'm a Celeb... winner and X Factor contestant Stacey is reportedly being sued by her former management company.

She left Modest Management in January to sign with publicist to the stars Max Clifford, but now, according to The Sun, the company has launched legal action for damages.

They claim that Stace broke her contract and failed to provide them with details about her income and are now seeking 20 per cent of her earnings up to 3 May 2011.

Max Clifford has told the newspaper: "It's in lawyers' hands. Stacey wants the termination with Modest to be fair for everybody. She is very happy with how things are now."
