Wayne is the latest star to get into trouble on the social networking site, after he threatened one of his followers.

The 25-year-old was replied to an abusive Tweet, posting:

"I'll put u asleep within 10 seconds."

He also suggested meeting up with the user at his training ground, saying:

"Hope u turn up if u don't gonna tell everyone ur scared u little nit. I'll be waiting [sic]."

He then tried to diffuse the situation, claiming it was a "bit of banter".
