But in May she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She checked herself back into the Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility and completed a 45-day residential substance abuse treatment program. Lohan is now on the outpatient program which comprises of daily attendance at Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, outpatient therapy, and daily testing.
