The Simple Life star's troubles with alcohol and drugs began at the age of 13, but it wasn't until she was 21 that she got help. It all came to a head after her cocaine addiction began to spiral out of control and she began taking pills and heroin.

Her parents begged her to go into rehab. But just one week before she was supposed to check in, she was arrested while driving and police found a balloon of heroin in her car.
