3. Hear'Say
The original reality TV pop group Hear'Say were a phenomenal success with their debut single 'Pure and Simple' which became the fastest selling non-charity single in the UK selling over 1 million copies.
However, the pressure of fame and a manufactured process showed and after 18 intensive months, the group split raising doubts over the longevity of reality TV singers.
Since then, Mylene Klass has soared as a classical performer and presenter, Kym Marsh is a hot favourite on the Cobbles and Susanne Shaw has established herself on the West End as well as becoming a new face on the Dales as of April 2010. The boys have... er, not done that much.
