Founder, president and face of the Jimmy Choo Company, Tamara Mellon approached bespoke shoe designer Mr Jimmy Choo to start up a ready-to-wear footwear business. And in 1996, with the help of a loan from her father, she secured funding to set up one of the most sought after producers of shoes.
