Posh has revealed the key to keeping off the pounds: 'Yogalosophy'. The former Spice Girl was introduced to the regime - which combines yoga and astrology - by 'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston.
Like many of us, lady Beckham hates working out at the gym and is always on the lookout for an effective method of keeping trim, a source says the star is hooked and exercises up to four times a week.
Speaking to Heat magazine, Yogalosophy creator, Mandy Ingber, said: "Yogalosophy can help you use the natural flow to recreate your body through intentions, emotions, and other motivational triggers."
