Have more essential fatty acids
Essential fatty acids (EFAs) omega 3 and omega 6 help to reduce cells sticking together, meaning toxins can flush out of the body more easily. Try to have your recommended intake of oily fish such as mackerel, salmon, herring and trout as these contain the best long-string EFAs.
Other less potent sources include hemp, pumpkin and sunflower seeds; walnuts, pecans and hazelnuts - try tossing these into a salad to easily add them to your diet. Also opt for wholemeal bread and pasta, wholegrain cereals, brown rice; free range chicken and eggs as these all include more EFAs than their over-processed counterparts.
