After 13 years together, top Irish boy band Westlife appear in their last-ever TV special before they disband in 2012. Christine Bleakley presents this incredible show in which the boys perform their greatest hits live in front of a studio audience.

The programme also tells the Westlife story from the very beginning, featuring exclusive access to the band and previously unseen archive footage.
