The former England cricketer was jailed for 13 years after attempting to smuggle cocaine, with a street value of £140,000, into England.

The jury at Croydon Crown Court heard how Lewis hid the drug in liquid form in tins of fruit and vegetable juice stashed in his kit bag. He was stopped by Customs officers at Gatwick Airport, on his return from a holiday in St Lucia.
