The one-of a-kind autographed CD, sold for $7,000 with all proceeds going directly to the charity. But that's not all, in the past Britney has raised money for the Mississippi Hurricane Recovery Fund, the Hurricane Katrina relief programme and to the charity Gilda's Club Worldwide.

The Britney Spears Foundation was also founded, providing a performing arts camp designed to bring the healing powers of entertainment to many ill and disadvantaged kids. Good on you Britney!
