Nicole Richie, the adopted daughter of singer, Lionel Richie, was known for her reckless ways and being Paris HiltonÂ’s best friend in her late teens. Since then, she has settled down with rocker Joel Madden and has two children with him.

In 2008 she set up a jewellery line named House of Harlow 1960 which later developed into a clothing line. The label has earned Richie awards including GlamourÂ’s Entrepreneur of the Year. The line boasts Nicoles own bohemian style with a rocky edge.
