The 'Livin' La Vida Loca' singer has become a father to twin boys, after having the children via a surrogate mother. A statement released by his spokesman said: "Ricky is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent.

"The children, delivered via gestational surrogacy, are healthy and already under Ricky's full-time care."
