When film stars sing
Russell Crowe
Crowe croons his way (and plays guitar) through three albums alongside the Australian pub rockers 30 Odd Foot of Grunts. In 2005 Crowe changed the band name to The Ordinary Fear of God. Pop rock with an Oscar winning twist thanks to the confidence of Crowe's deep-vocals but the sum total is underwhelming like his much derided vocal work on the 'Les Miserables' film
Success rating: Two stars - he can't really sing and the music itself isn't very memorable.
