Oscar-winner 'Titanic' became the highest-grossing movie in history and, even though it made millions and bagged Best Picture and Director Oscars, it has now become second on the list.

The cheesy love story and annoying theme tune made the movie sink almost as low as the boat itself. What's worse is how bitter sweet the melodrama is - films as overly emotional as this belong in the 1950s. Another honourable mention has to go to the similar 'Pearl Harbor'.
