Brandshield Ltd plans an initial public offering (IPO) on the London market.

BrandShield to list in London as part of the near-term IPO as the company raises funds for its marketing initiatives.

 

The firm, which specialises in brand protection and online threat hunting, was established in 2012 and deals with cybersecurity threats, including counterfeiting, fraud, phishing and impersonation on social media.

 

Chief executive Yoav Keren said: "Most of our customers need a full solution, and that's what we provide... a closing of the loops as part of the managed service." 

 

He revealed that the firm has seen more customers signing up for their service during the current period of coronavirus disruption as individuals and organisations alike become more reliant on online technology and communication. 

 

Keren confirmed that the IPO was delayed by the pandemic but will still proceed as plan as soon as the market environment allows it. 

 

The CEO added: "It is an established business, we have customers from around the world and different industries and the goal now is to continuing growing the company."
