Fans of the X Factor have expressed their outrage at CherylÂ’s final three.
Last nightÂ’s show saw the Geordie judge axe hotly-tipped singer, Gamu Nhengu, opting to take Katie Waissel and Cher Lloyd to the live finals, despite their poor performances.
Seventeen-year-old Cher made it into CherylÂ’s final three, even though she struggled at the judgeÂ’s house stage and failed to complete her song.
Katie Waissel, who has divided opinion from the start, also messed up her audition and broke down whilst singing.
'Drama queen'
Singer Will.I.Am, who assited Cole in choosing her final three, dismissed Waissel, saying:
“She messed that up.”
The Fight for this Love singer broke down as she revealed who will go through to the live finals.
She chose Waissel and Lloyd over 17 year-old-Nhengu, which has caused controversy amongst viewers.
It has since emerged that Gamu and the other hopefuls who failed to make it to the finals may still be chosen to continue as ‘wildcards’.
Also joining Katie and Cher in CherylÂ’s final three is 23-year-old Rebecca Ferguson, a single mother from Liverpool.
